I wouldn't say remove it entirely but make the moves ability start at the beginning of the animation rather than the end. HG and Benediction come to mind. Also there is a slight delay before and after an animation that can be canceled. i.e during Butcher Block use Brutal Swing and you will see the last vertical hit of Butcher Block animation replaced with the starting animation of Brutal Swing.

That being said the animations are coded in such a way that if you use Berserk and it ends during an animation it will still continue and register a hit. i.e if you see the first swing of Butcher Block animation it will still continue despite being pacified. I find this to be stupid as it completely bypasses the pacification and makes no sense ailment wise as pacification is supposed to stop any and all attacks if inflicted.
