    With the way they've made ARR, removing animation lock would basically make us all overpowered in the sense that we could choose at any particular moment to unload all abilities that are not on the GCD and rotate back to GCD abilities and then do it again. They'd basically have to account for that too - not just a mechanics change. Basically this game is crafted around the lock...

    Interrupting boss would also become a joke and I don't even think they could make adjustments to keep the challenge there. I guess the cast time could be shortened but it still comes down to a game of twitch reactions rather then the need to anticipate it. Bleh
