About mounts - mainly Behemoth one

I really hope they do not make this game mount fest like certain place of not-so-peaceful-craft where everyone had hundreds of different mounts and main cities felt more like some sort of petting zoos for exotic animals.

Personally (and I'm a person who loves vanity), I think they went (and keep going) too far with mounts and minions... I rather we have many types of chocobos as mounts... Some of the mounts we have are so huge it looks ridiculous lol...

Anyone notice that the Behemoth mount has a very strange walking gait? He's got the wrong foreleg joints for a quadruped (he has elbows instead of knees).

Can the FATE version stand on two feet like in FFXIII?

I always think it's strange when I see people with names like "Uzumaki Kitty", a joke name, or some random Japanese name, etc., complain about immersion. It's like bish please... your existence breaks immersion.

That aside, any concept of immersion is tossed aside in this game. This evident by the fact that according to the WHM job quest there is only ONE SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE WHM IN EORZEA!!. Yet, well...you know where this is going....

Now...while i do feel like the OP has been responding very childishly on this thread, I do think I'd much rather see more chocobo mounts. And none of that...you can have the yellow one, blue one, and green one, but red and black ones are rewarded for this only.

don't get me wrong....i'm not against behemoth mounts, or if they wanted you to ride titan so be it. (i'd ride titan as a mount for all the pain he caused me as a new healer during HM....submit to me you beast!) I disagree with catering to the minority who say a feature shouldn't be in there because they don't like it.

Hopefully I can have my White or Blue Chocobo soon.

I hope we see a ton of mounts, just like wow. As someone who spent time camping and killing Aeonaxx and Time Lost, I hope we see unique conditions for getting rare mounts, I didn't do much in WoW but the short time I played I was happy to say I obtained both those rare mounts. The more the merrier for me, if you don't want them don't bother with them, doesn't mean everyone else doesn't want them.

I do however agree with the behemoth point, it is a big bad terrible monster, you shouldn't get it just for subbing it should be a rare drop like the black unicorn.

Colored chocobos that allowed you to access a new area would be kinda cool.. like ones that enabled you to cross mountains/swamp or w/e to unlock an area.

Girl... the queens will find anything to fuss about. I personally, don't see a problem having many different mounts and variety of chocobo colors.

It's something I don't really care for, but it doesn't bother me that much. I'll ride my chocobo and be happy with it.
