Level 40 Bracket Twinking.

Man getting the twink gear off 40 leves is a pain in the ass. Leveling SMN right now, so since LV 37 I've been doing "Don't Forget to Cry" almost non-stop. Currently almost LV 40 (probably 60 total leves including the ones I did on BRD at the start) and I've received one LV40/i43 item and it was an aetherial red coral ring (stats are pretty sick, but accessories are one slot where you can meld something better pretty easily).

Been looking into doing this for the lols. I used to twink in WoW a lot at 19.

That being said, has anyone looked into Timeworn lvl 40 map rewards? And if you can get a group together who wants to do, you can be in a party and have 1 person do the leve at a time. (Thus you aren't wasting getting the wrong gear, if someone else would use it.)

Solid post though. I've got some friends who want to do 50 pvp, but don't have any gear so this is gonna be a good way to get them i70 without them quitting pvp.

EDIT: Leather maps give out level 35 aetherial gear. Gonna go up to the next level of map and check.

Goatskin maps drop the good stuff. I found a Red Coral Ring and some other level 40 (item level 43) gear.

4/5 pieces from bluefrog leves chests in about 2 hours a week ago. I forget the exact quest, but its one of the ones poppable closest to Bluefrog. Just stood on the highest rock in the middle of area, checked for chest (usually onely 1 I think...hope?) w/o having to move and dropped quest if none there. Lose a bit of gil that way but really helped to speed up the process. Thx for the abobve post lol..was hpoing there weren't any accessories to get too from chests.
