    Party or solo: Solo

    In-game time: Roughly 5-6 PM Eorzean time

    Area and coordinates: East Shroud (20,25)

    Steps: Accepted daily quest Milkroot in Moderation, walked over to the location specified, and could not interact with the destination, causing the quest to not be able to be completed.
