Sound slutterring in Wireless Headset.

Just bought a pair of wireless headset but I found out audio is stutterring, however it works well with another program,
I can use them with TS3, Youtube, etc. just fine.

Tried to google but can't find anybody have the same problem (other is delay from PC performance)
Does anyone encounter this problem ?

My system
CPU : AMD FX-4110
Ram : 8 GB
VGA : Radeon HD7870
HDD : WD Blue
MB : Not sure (above average at two years ago)
Soundcard : Onboard
Headset : Turtlebeach PX3 (connected via USB dongle)

Google'd and found someone has the same problem, he got advised to get more ram.
But my PC has enough ram. I don't have problem with Diablo 3 as well.

Not sure what ram has to do with audio but then again im not that tech savy. But i am also having an issue getting my headset to work but not just for this game but for everything haha.

That one I refer to has audio stutter in all games, so someone advised him to get more ram.

Previously I used optical wireless headset (Turtlebeach X41), It worked pretty fine.
This is weird.
