Leves are awesome now - they about doubled the XP you get from them. At almost any level under 43 or so, you can expect to get an entire levels of XP with about 12-15 leves. And its not boring as all hell.

If you have max leve allowance, I would just queue up for the highest level dungeon you can, then do leves until it pops. When you get low on leve allowances...I'd queue up and get Gatherin' lol.
