So I log in today to see all my gil was stolen.

I just sent support an email. How likely is it that I will get my account rolled back? Do they do that?

I knew something was weird at the login screen. My character had my lv 42 monk gear equipped with my Bravura on the warrior class.

You're better off doing a in game ticket. The number one response you'll likely see here is 'should have gotten a authenticator'.
