I noticed this as well, it's like the CGI team at Visual Works understands how to make fantasy weapons look big and imposing but the weapon design team for the game missed the memo.

The Spaceship Axe (Ironworks Axe) is also similarly comically small looking, like the Bravura/Ragnarok.

I hope starting in Heavensward they'll make WAR axes nice and big and mean looking. Otherwise, well, the suitably large and mean looking DRK Greatsword in the benchmark is looking awfully nice right now...
