Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

They say they're pulling away from the "grind", and yet with this revamp that's exactly where it's headed. How else are people going to level? Either solo or in groups, killing the same mobs over and over.

I'm all for revamping because failing leves isn't exactly what I envisioned doing while leveling, but this still doesn't address that everyone is going to have random levs again and pretty much no one but the occasional soloer is going to touch this unless the sp reward at the end is substantial. Which is pretty much their intention but once again leaves groups high and dry.
