Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

All they would need to do is make all leves available every reset.

Well, that's not all they would need to do. If that's all they did, everyone would have 2x Dunes, Necro, and All on every reset.

Note that I'm not saying this is a bad idea, just that it's. . . incomplete. Of course, if they boosted all the leves up to Dunesfolk levels and let us pick 8 for the same camp every reset, leveling would become atrociously easy. Like I said earlier, I'm wondering how they're going to fix this without making leveling a joke.
