Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

So all japanese players always finish leves? This makes no sense.

There are a lot more than a handful.

And now we go from a "handful" to one...

The 'handful' is the people in these forms always complaining about it. The 'one' is the person on my server. Not failing to fail a leve means ensuring one fails the leve. If i had said all japanese players i play with fails to fail the leve, that would mean that they fail to fail, but the No at the beginning of the sentence changes the meaning.
