Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

"As a counter measure against the problem of players failing their leves on purpose so they can repeat the same ones over again, you will receive SP upon completion of a leve so that there is more of a reason to finish."

As far as I can recall, I don't believe this was ever translated and posted on the English forums.

Hmmm, I wonder when they plan to implement that? I'm not against it, but I hope they do something about how many leves are available to choose from in addition to the SP reward for completion. Otherwise people will still fail leves as the fastest means to rank up. Either that, or the completion bonus must be pretty damn large to compensate.

The dev post doesn't give a specific time frame, it just says that it is the current course of action. The post does not also say whether or not there are additional changes in store to fix leve balance.
