Where can i get my Achievement Rewards ?

Hey guys, does someone know where i can get my rewards ?
i have my 50 Recommdations but i don't know where i need to go to claim it.

Apkallu Falls, Gridania. Talk to the npc and tell him a story.

The ones that aren't automatically granted when you gain that achievement usually require you to satisfy the requirements for that achievment (i.e. the equipment based ones), then you have to speak to the npc Jonas at Apkulla Falls in Old Gridania (the pond where Louisoix used to stand in 1.0). I'm not sure about the other rewards though, but I assume Jonas is the one that handles them as well.

There is an npc in old Gridania at Apkallu falls. I cannot remember his name but there are only like 3 npcs there so its not hard to find him
