Exceptional support by GM

I received help from a GM named GM Aesthphron and it was truly a positive experience. A GDR went bad, really bad. End result, I lost my class specific DoH tools are zenith relic (and also lost 4 months of progress) with no way to reobtain them.

This GM was very helpful in how he handled the situation and that is something very exceptional. Basically everything phone support told me was wrong. I was told characters, retainers, and quests would be restored to the same point (not true). They told me I could not level an alt because it would erased on rollback (not true). They told me I could not cancel the GDR (not true). This GM was the first person to listen to my problem and understand my frustration and for the first time I felt someone was helping. He did not rush me, He spent as much time as needed to understand my situation and seek info and research what could be done. Thank you GM Aesthphron.

While it's good to hear that the GM was able to help you, it's sad that phone support and GM support are still not able to provide the same informations. I wonder if they even try to keep them coordinated.
