Light Returns - Chapter 3 Fate is severely unbalanced

The Lightning Fate in Coerthas against the Clockwork, anyone feel like this guy is supremely broken?

He uses Stoneskin not 10 secs after you break the one he currently has. Im a tank so i dont know if we can remove the buff by skills but you cant stun him or silence him.

He basically gives himself 10% more HP every time he uses Stoneskin ._.

Steam Cleaning, the ability that gives Stoneskin, can be stunned. Failure to stop it is probably from dps classes that use their stun abilities in their rotations triggering diminishing returns and causing stun immunity.

Monk has an ability to remove a positive buff on an enemy..might be an extra option in this fight in case monks are around and know their skills.

There is at least one snurble FATE in which the mob throws up stoneskin in a similar manner.

Hint: Steam Clean (i think that's what it's called) can be silenced. Stun is too unreliable because of everyone spamming it. I was just in that area fate grinding a few days ago and noticed that the stoneskin did come up a lot. I would /shout and ask people to silence it but nope, no one would listen. As a monk, my silence wasn't too reliable. But I did manage to keep it silenced about 90% of the time it casted the move. Hope that helps.
