I dont know about being kicked according to a "meter" but I was kicked from a titan HM pug group yesterday (that couldn't even pass the heart phase) for being a "foreigner" (Had to use a translator to find out what they were saying)
Think of it as a favour to you, people who do this kind of thing aren't worth your time (after being kicked there is no CD) so sign up for a group that can pull their weight.
