This is how loot lock out should be for 2.2
1: Introduce new Tome for new ilvl 95/100 gear. 450 week cap remove weekly cap from myth.
2: CT no loot lock out can run it as many times a week and get as much loot as you want per week.
3: Coil turn 1-5 no lock out, 1 loot per turn per week lock out. max 5 items per week. (this combined with no myth cap should allow easier current BiS to have best chance at turns 6+)

with coil this way above you can run a turn as many times as you want till the piece you need drops from that turn. allowing the min/max of the current BiS to be attained. No one wants to wait 4 to 6 weeks after making lvl 50 to start turns 6+. This would give new players a fair chance at getting in to coil turn 6+
