I found that not playing full-screen helps a lot with this; playing in windowed mode gives me the rest of the screen as a frame of reference that keeps my brain from getting confused about the motion.

This for sure. I usually get this dizzy feeling during heat waves in South* Than and this helps tons. Hopefully it will help you during your turn 4 issue.
