THM > BLM quest chain workaround

has anyone encountered the level 25 THM class quest "The Hidden Chapter" with the final step NPC:Cocobuki not being able to interact with him?

if so how did you work around this problem or have you herd of a workaround? googling the quest shows it has been bugging out since October 2013 but yet i still see BLM's turning in their level 30 quests, and an FC mate got hers unlocked without encountering the bug.

any help would be appreciated.

Put in a support ticket for it? I didn't have a problem with this quest on either of the characters I did it for (both around the time period from reddit threads and stuff), but maybe they goofed something up with 2.15 somehow. I'm guessing you've tried relogging and everything else? I've had times where I went to do a quest with a solo battle, but it gave me an error every time I clicked the NPC. Relogging didn't help either, and then one time out of like a hundred times clicking, it finally let me in.

I've found that when a quest glitches like that, sometimes if you abandon the quest and restart it, it will be fixed when you get to the point that glitched the first time. Waste of time, sure, but better than sitting around waiting on a support ticket to go through. SE doesn't exactly have the greatest customer service team in the universe.

I'd say Abandon and restart personally.
