Give me my DRK back. I want it, I need it. Make it GLD-DPS, give me a stance that taps a fraction of HP for every weapon skill but grants a deactivation of the arggo bonus while adding something for the trouble. Make the armor like Cecil's, give me back my Souleater! Give me an Unholy Shield and a sword called Ragnarok. Make VIT as important as STR, more Vit means more HP, more HP means more fuel for my madness, a DPS that is more then a glass cannon, its a tissue-paper atom bomb.

Its not what job/class they going to have next, its how they going to implement it.

If I could pick any class/job from the entire Final Fantasy franchise make it into this game, I'd probably pick this:
Freelancer (Advanced Job, Lv15 All Classes or something): Gains stat boosts based on other mastered jobs (Meaning completed their final Job quest), but never exceeds the best stats of any other Job. Allows usage of all possible cross-class skills along with adopting the skills, armor restrictions, and the role of the class whose weapon is equipped. Instead of having its own Job skills, it doubles the Cross-Class skill slots, effectively making it the single best option for anyone who values skill versatility over increased stats and skill synergy through specialization.

Voted for Dancer as it was a class I wanted to play in XI but couldn't commit to leveling it. I think a melee healer would be really fun to play and fresh. It's ideal weapon for me would be battle hoops, or chakrams.
Also voted for Blue Mage and Ninja. I think Blue Mage will have to come at a way later date though, once the level cap is raised so it can have more job ability options. Or they could implement it the same as XI, where you acquired many spells but could only equip so many at a time. Each job quest would reward you with a new "Blue Magic slot" to equip another spell.
I really hope Ninja is not a tank. I would love for it to be a quick melee attacker with crippling enfeebling and elemental magic ninjutsu.
Based upon what I've read, Yoshi would like to add a scout type class/job into the game (due to there not currently being one). We'll most likely see something along those lines first.

Aye, I think the biggest issue with COR in XI was that ammo was so expensive. Would definitely be interested to see how it would be reworked for XIV now that we don't need ammo. Other than that I would like to see SAM or DRK make a come back. My only issue with SAM is how different it would be in XIV, the whole masters of TP/Skillchain aspect they had in XI really drew me to them.
