I think people who complain a lot seldom ever go about it constructively. There's no "I don't like this feature, could you change it?", it's usually "This feature sucks, so I'm going to threaten to unsub in an attempt that you care enough about the business of an individual person of minimal industry importance until you get rid of it."

It's extremely discourteous, rude, and assumes a hell of a lot. The game has problems and not everyone thinks the problems with the game are the same. On the one hand, there are people who are complaining, right now, that 2.2's content is completely invalidating all the work that had been done by them in 2.1 whereas many people in 2.1 and prior have often complained about how they've literally done everything there is to do in the game and there's no point in playing. There are some people who are crying foul about the rebalancing of content to better suit lower-skilled players, whereas before that, people were also complaining that much of the content was way too hard.

...and in at least 99% of instances I have seen in this forum, at least one person says they're going to unsub.

Now I don't have a problem with people having problems with the game. That's natural. But it's the way they go about conveying their problems that just screams immature and childish that I just don't appreciate, and if BioWare's community forums are any indication, I'm pretty sure that the immature and childish nature of the posts complaining about things is the singular reason why community reps seldom, if ever, post or even look in General Discussion. Their attention is mainly divided between Technical Support, Bug Reports, and the Event forums, because those are usually the most important boards in the entire forum to ensure the game is functioning properly for everyone.

But since this is post is more than two sentences long and doesn't contain any indicators of blinding rage, such as excessive use of caps or exclamation marks, I bet most folks will just ignore this entire post. Still posting it anyway because I don't feel like deleting it, though.
