New tomes in 2.2 Leviathin Weapons, I'm a little scared.

In the latest letter from the producer live they mentioned that Leviathan EX would drop powerful weapons and that there would be a new tome system attached to their new dungeon. What they haven't done is mention anything about the item level of the new weapons and tome gear or how it will compare to the new coil gear. This leaves a lot of questions.
Will Leviathan EX also drop these new tomes?
Will the new coil also drop these tomes?
Will these tomes give gear of the same ilevel as the new coil?
The two things that concern me are:
1. I thought T5 weapons were going to be the entry level weapons for Coil 6-9, now it's looking like we'll need to farm Leviathan weps instead.
2. If there's only 1 dungeon with the new tomes. It's going to be the new AK (before the WP buff, or 2.1) That's going to get really boring really fast. Their solution to tome imbalances was 2.1, are we going to have another huge tome imbalance until 2.3?

I would assume by process of elimination that:

1. Leviathan EX would drop new tomes as would T6-9 of Coil.
2. Pretty sure it's a new Mythology-type set, so yes it would be item level equivalent.
3. Why would you need to farm Leviathan weapons for T6-9? From what I've heard/read the minimum item level for T6-9 is going to be 90.
4. The imbalance is of some concern, but I have a feeling that they are going to implement that tome system elsewhere in order to make sure the imbalance is properly dealt with. Give SE a chance.

My concern with Leviathan is more so that they upped the ilevel of allegan weapons as an incentive for people to do T5, now with Leviathan it looks like those weapons will be outdated even as entry level weapons for T6-9.

It is almost a certainty that the Tomes are for AF2 Gear which they teased in the last Live Letter before this one. This would be for those not farming Coil 6-9 to get that gear just like current myth is sub for Allagan gear.

Also in regards to tome imbalance, I'm not sure why anyone would think that.
Remember we aren't just getting a new dungeon in 2.2, but also Brayflox and Halatali HM.
Assumption would be that as a new tier is being released, these two HMs will ALSO drop the new tome. (Having them drop Mythology for a then outdated tier would seem to be idiocy).

Would not be surprised if Duty Roulette also had an update to include some of the new tomes.

The game shares WoW's structure (the typical mmorpg structure, wow's just a popular example), yet it doesnt learn from the good aspects of the MMORPG giant:

1) new tomes: wow did that for years, what happened?
2) nerfing content: wow do this by providing a buff to attributes which can be 'turned off' to make old content easier and still keep the original difficulty should players wish to challenge it.
3) making weapons too readily available, weapon provides the greatest increase in attribute and the abundance and ease of access to it is just mind boggling in this game, weapons should be something thats more difficult to obtain...and in turn will make the content more difficult.
4) vote to abandon, someones smart idea of extending the 'vote to kick' feature, you just made your gaming community worse. Feel sorry for those dps (1-2hr wait, go in, wipe, abandon, repeat = time to level tank and lets all abuse it?).

Square is new to this type of genre (FFXI doesn't count because they didn't follow its vision in XIV) so its forgivable to some extent, but why wouldn't they just learn from others who've had experience...its like repeating history?

It's like SE is dangling a carrot on a stick in front of our faces and just moving it back every couple of months. They aren't building any sort of gear to last and they are having it too readily available. Since they are going the route of new tomes i sincerely hope that this tome gear is used to purchase T6 entry level gear and that raid gear be just a step higher. That way instead of having this incredible breadth of options to get a given tier of loot they have have a progression to it, and build their raid progression to complement that. I know for many this becomes an issue because RNG is RNG and some may just never get their loot. But this can be compensated for with a SWTOR style token-loot system.

i think new tomes will drop in coil T1-5, thats why they lift the weekly lockout (i tot i heard it somewhere or not) and nerf it
introduce weekly loot lockout
tomes will be for AF2 gear which will be on par with T6-9 gear
