Which materia for Deus Ex Gratia?

Haven't been able to find the answer through Googling, so I figured I'd ask here. Can anyone tell me what the stat cap is for a HQ Deus Ex Gratia and/or recommend materia for the two slots? (I know this latter depends on gear, so figure on full Darklight + ToM ring since I don't really need this to be a perfect min/max thing.)

It's a SCH book that doesn't have Crit rate on it so I would recommend to shove as much Crit on it as possible as it's SCH's best/most desired secondary stat. I can't find what the limit is, though, not many people use the i70 crafted weapons.

I wouldn't meld anything into it. Its only use is to get you through Titan HM to get Relic weapon if you feel you're not doing enough and no luck on getting the Garuda's Embrace or Munificent Mogtome.

I'd imagine the Crit rate cap is 29, much like the Accuracy on the other weapons (those two stats, along with Skill/Spell Speed and Parry generally have the same cap on the same item).

Don't take this as definite proof, however. I'm just assuming.
