Mid level NMS and the mid level Dungeon are designed for MID LEVEL PLAYERS who will either return to the game after the patch, or join the game at PS3 launch. They are trying to learn from their mistakes like the first time we all leveled to r50 with NO content, and adding content for FUTURE players.
What you said is completely irrelevant, if the content isn't for us then why hype it up and implement it now? The content is for everyone, not just new players and PS3 players. Capping the content at rank 30 doesn't harm any new players but it does provide a challenge for current or returning players. SE needs those 400k players who quit to return just as much as they need new players. People aren't going to return if the content is weak and you'd be a fool to think most people who quit are under rank 30 when getting to rank 30 takes two days max.
Wow, there's been 15 new pages since you posted this. I'm not reading the same arguments over and over from kids who wish to be spoon fed everything for no effort. You aren't what will make the game succeed, you are what will make it fail.

all i see out of this thread is "oh no some r50 may come into my dungeon and get gear". i'll be going in there first chance i get to get just as much gear as i can and will be doing so on my r50. why? it's content and we have been begging for something/anything to do. i will get in both dungeons as fast as possible because it's time for a much needed break from leves everyday. it's time to see what type of content this team qualifies as challenging.

No kidding that's what the R50 dungeon is for.
The R30 dungeon gear is going to be good FOR R30 players. That's what makes it valuable and prestigious. Of course it's useless for R50 players. However, if you intend to rank up your mid-range classes, then all of a sudden it's not so useless anymore. There is a problem if you can just toggle on easy mode to acquire items that are supposed to be good and elite.
Because it is impossible to have the rewards match the effort just by knowing what we know now.
We know that: Raid gear is going to be good. Rank 30 raid gear will be generally better than other gear at rank 30.
Rank 30 raid gear = good gear
Without a level cap, you can steamroll the dungeon as a rank 50 char, therefore not putting in any effort at all to acquire gear that is supposed to be "good".
What this boils down to, basically, is whether or not you are in favor of twinking gear in this game.

I'm just gonna blindly hold out hope that they have implemented a Good Version of the Behest variable level system and if high level Players enter the "Instanced", as in the mobs dont populate til you enter, Dungeon then High level Mobs will Spawn.

Easy and hard mode is functionally the same thing as a level cap. It's just a difficulty adjustment.
Except a level cap takes less effort by the devs to do since they don't have to design an additional hard mode.
