This isn't about time spent (hardcore vs casual) at all. There is a 60 minute time limit.
This is about balancing rewards to be proportional to the difficulty.
This is the same reasoning behind why killing fat dodos at rank 50 gives you 10 SP instead of 300.

and its the same reason why the r50 gear will be better then the r30 gear
i wont get the best gear, ill get gear 20 levels lower then me, so whats the problem then?
its not like the r30 dungeon is dropping endgame gear? thats what the r50 dungeon is gonna be for

And yet, how do we know the rewards AREN'T balanced already?
Making new content that is able to be played by ALL ranges of players is easier than constantly having to make new content over and over for specific rank ranges.
Creating one rank 30 dungeon and one rank 50 dungeon that are BOTH useful for rank 50 players takes a lot less time than creating one rank 30 dungeon (that is useless to rank 50 players) and two rank 50 dungeons.

neither you nor I will know what best in slot gear might drop from Toto-Rak (example: Strider boots from a Lv.58 NM that were used for years and years after as Lv.75 jobs.) Current R25-35 NM gear is also best in slot over most R50 gear in the game. Also neither of us know when the level cap is going to be increased so that argument is invalid.
We ask for it all the time but SE only has these 2 dungeons planned for now. Already been confirmed in the original Dev post. So the logical course of action would be to optimize these two dungeons the best they can.then instead of making the mid game content a challenge to endgame players
why not ask for MORE endgame challenge
