Favorite Class/Job? What future Class/Job would you like to see? Future races?

A.) It's a tie between Summoner and White Mage. I consider them both my mains even though I geared out my Summoner first and am now starting to work on my White Mage. For solo endeavors I prefer to play my Summoner, simply because I feel safer having my pets around. Admittedly, though, Summoner is becoming a bit stagnant performing the same rotations over and over again. White Mage, on the other hand, always seems fresh, even during the smallest of encounters. But the stress of having to heal pick-up groups can be exhausting.

B.) I'm mostly looking forward to Dancer. I'm craving to play a melee class as both my chosen disciplines are magic and ranged. The idea of a melee healer sounds incredibly fun and fresh. I just hope they make it more wanted than its XI counterpart, which I'm sure they will. Also hoping to see Blue Mage, Ninja, and possibly White Monk as an advanced job Yoshi spoke about.

C.) I don't really wish to see any new races introduced. I would prefer to see mixed-races like Hyur-Elezens and Lalafell-Miqo'tes!

A) SCH is without a doubt my main and favorite job. I've always enjoyed healing, I'm fond of pets, and darn it "galvanize" is the prettiest animation in the game. But I'd like to give an honorable mention to MNK, and a little shoutout to PLD.

B) I really want to see ninja, but I'm also very interested in what the new healing jobs will be. Particularly interested in whether Dancer makes it to the game and if so, how it will be implemented. I'd also like to see a runefencer class with Red Mage and Blue Mage jobs... and geomancer for conjurer.

C) I think new races are a great idea, and yes I'd love to see them. Viera and Gria would be good choices. They don't need to be exactly like their previous iterations either.

An example, Gria could potentially be a race of reptilian/dragon people from Ishgard who are looked down upon for being... well, dragon people. Ishgardians are, after all, very paranoid people and I could see them oppressing a race of people that could be seen as a threat or perceived as existentially heretical, especially with the stigma of being associated with dragons. They could have scales on parts of their bodies, horns, maybe even long reptilian tails. I could really see a race like this coming along with an Ishgardian expansion. Oppression at the hands of Ishgardians would drive them to join the Eorzean alliance and perhaps even begin migrating their people to Eorzea after being liberated.

Viera could, likewise, be quite different. They could be a fantastic race if done well.

My only hope is that they do not regress and choose to make female/male only versions of any future races. I really... really... really.... hate that.

A) Monk, although some of its skills need some serious adjustments and greased lightning duration is meh.

B) Samurai, Ranger, Dancer, Beastmaster, and a REAL Bard job as supporter

C) Not interested.

A) mnk hands down is my favority
B) ninja another hands down for me, i cant wait to get ninjutsu again with double wield......i just hope they dont make it into a tank (yes, i know it was community that made ninja a tank in 11, SE made it a dps)
C) dont think i care for races

A) PLD/tank - when I switch to another class I have to stop myself from running into combat.
B) In general: physical ranged, support. EDIT: actually, I think a magical tank would be awesome. I'm thinking druid - self heals, a shield that generates aggro (Thorn Shield), and weak aggro DOTs (Nettles) - really good at holding aggro but really lousy at actually hurting things
C) I'd like more customization options before more races (and props to the Cartman lala). More races with an expansion could be neat. I see an issue with any reptilian races in the Coerthas storyline though.

A) Summoner for sure

B) Blue mage would make a really fun job I think. Though the rumors of a corsair job have me really interested too.

C) Eh. I'd rather see the current races get more variety ( more variation in height/figure/details. Always bugged me for instance that female keepers don't have an option with no markings, etc. etc.)

As for actual new races? Bangaa would be cool, but I can't think of anything we actually need.

Tank. PLD. WHM pretty awesome, though looking forward to BLM as well.

B) What class/job(s) do you hope to see in the future?

Beast Master (remember Gau? like him), leading to Beast Summoner (SMN level 40; Beast Master level 35)

Red Mage (coming from WHM level 35, BLM level 35, MNK level 40) - both physical (melee) and magical (distance) DPS

Paladin and Red Mage to make a Dark Knight. Still up in the air on job though. Love the idea of it being a tank, considering it is a Knight. What the special attributes are, no clue.

Ninja - BLM level 40, MNK level 40, DRG level 40. Definitely DPS. Definitely black magic, but melee twist. Both DRG and MNK "jump in" type attacks

C) To be honest, I think we have enough races as it is - suddenly retconning new races into the game just wouldn't make sense from a lore perspective. But I guess I'm in the minority here.

It's not retconning if it happens via expac and new continent/country.

As for me MRD/WAR just love the style of play.
Agree with who i quoted all classes getting second job..But as for specific ones a Mystic Knight/Magic using tank..Or a batle mage esque class..ANYTHING batle mage esque
Race wise maybe the summoner RACE from FFIX....Could be interesting if we met them.

B) basically all the jobs from ffxi + chemist
c) adding races is bad unless they're going to give everyone a new fantasia for the chance to be them
