Lag spikes in game-- I don't know how to fix it.

Hello. I have been experiencing quite frequent lag spikes within the game. Things will stop, then catch up to themselves. Sometimes I do not see a cast bar or void zone before I am hit by an attack.

Here are a few trace routes to Excalibur (based off of arrstatus.com listed IP) that I did just for this post. I can reproduce this as frequently as I wish just by starting the trace. My ISP is Comcast; I have 32MB down and 7MB up (from Speedtest.net). Wired connection.
