T5 linkshell starting

Being able to farm twin Pre 2.2 will (most likely) be harder, and thus a better skillcheck than starting a farm LS after 2.2 releases and the coil nerf happens.

This LS is geared toward people who would want to farm coil to pick up any remaining gear pieces, or gear up an offspec once the weekly lock is removed.

There may already be other linkshells, but here is another with a specific goal :3
