    Question. What is to stop a rank 50 from taking his friends through the rank 25 dungeon? I don't want that to happen otherwise everyone would just do that until they got their gear (i.e., /shout for runs through). You should be forced down to level 25 to enter. However I think there should be no lower bound (i.e., can enter at 20, etc).

    also there could be a lvl cap system where your rank gets dropped 30 even though you are 40 when you enter the dungeon.

    Yeah, that's why we need a level cap, to prevent exploits like this. Unfortunately, according to a French dev post, there will not be any level cap.

    Adjusting the difficulty level automatically would need to come with appropriate rewards for it to work, because then there would be no point to have a hard dungeon rewarding level 30 stuff when you are 50. And the cap having to be the entry point of the next is only true for now but you have to keep in mind that this game will have more than 2 dungeons at some point. Maybe they will make one for every 10 levels, who knows.

    Exactly why I am pro cap for dungeons. but that is not the opinion of everyone and in order to please everyone I thought of something that would allow for people to faceroll through content with higher level help and getting normal rewards for it and the option to cap the dungeon (so that no one in the group is over the cap) and getting better/improved rewards for doing so.

    Yeah this is what this is about, only that it would be optional so that no one is "forced" to do it but would be rewarded for doing it.

    And everything i am saying are just general ideas of the top of my head. It is up to the dev team to take these concerns and put implement something that will be fair, rewarding, and challenging for everyone. Id say that those are the greatest concerns everyone has.

    Yes, but then at one point you will still out-level the content and remove the replay value of the content they worked hard to put in. Enabling people to steamroll through a low level dungeon and get gears from it for their lower class is bad design really. Capping can be better designed and last longer than Increasing the difficulty.
