Missing cutscenes at inn

None of the Bahamut's Coil cutscenes other than the first one are available for me in any of the inn rooms. I noticed this first three days ago (22/01/14), but I have no way to tell when this was first an issue, as I'd never tried to watch the cutscenes until then.

I did not watch the whole cutscene when they first showed up, and will try doing so when we run through next week - but since I often skip cutscenes and it's only Coil that is affected, I'm not sure that is the issue.

While I initially noticed the bug on PC, I have logged in on PS3 (both the original 60gb version, and a 120gb slim), and both also have the same issue, leading me to suspect it's server side.

Class/Level: Irrelevant, but happens on all classes.
Party or solo: Solo or in party
In-game time: Always
Area and coordinates: Inn rooms in all towns.
Steps:
1. Open 'The Unending Journey' cutscene viewer
2. Open 'Duty' tab, scroll to 'instanced raids'
3. Only two cutscenes available in this category are: 'The Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 1' and 'Labyrinth of the Ancients', despite having completed both in their entirety (Have beaten Twintania twice, and LoA more times than I can count).
