When fighting with Gnats i lag when they cast teleport

Date & Time: All the time when ever a Gnats appear in my screen casting Teleportation
Frequency: Always during their casting of teleportation.
Character Name: Seirra Lanzce
Race: Miqo'te, Seekers of the Sun
World: Besaid
Class/Skill Rank: Lancer/41, and every other class/rank
Physical Level: 47
Area and Coordinates: all zone that have Gnats.
Party or Solo: Both party & solo.
NPC Name: Not sure what to write down.
Monster Name: all type of Gnats.
In-Game Time: There such things?
Steps:
1. Encounter Gnats
2. Try to kill it until it teleports
3. Game freeze sometimes for 3-4 minutes... .
