This would end the speculation about the game being empty or dying, and show that the new dev team's actions are successful and bringing people back.
Nothing will end speculation, lol. Also, the devs seem to be focusing on fixing the game first. I can only assume that once they believe that task to be done they'll start trying to actively bring folks back.
