    New patch causing low fps?

So I have always been able to play this game on max settings.. and my fps never dips lower than 35fps even in crowded rush hour towns. Well I boot up my game tonight and there's a patch apparently so after my patch my fps is riddled to about 7fps in town. I know it's not my comp because Ive tested other game son my pc. Is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe I should try reinstalling the game?

Yeah I'm having the same issues, the game pretty much lag-free and at a steady 30+ fps at all times for me until 2.15

Now anytime I get into a crowded area like a city or wineport, it slows to a crawl. I'm still perfectly fine out in the general field or CT but around a bunch of people? lolnope.

I used to always have a steady 30 fps on medium settings, and suddenly out of no where, no change to my computer, I get 8-15 fps even on the lowest settings.

No idea where this has come from, but if it is not resolved, I'll have no choice but to quit playing.

I'm also having this issue, especially in Revenant's Toll. Pre-patch I was easily getting an average of ~45 FPS on ultra, now I'm down to about 5 in crowded areas, the game is literally unplayable at this point. Lowering the settings seems to have no effect at all. I've tried the obvious things like restarting my PC, closing all programs running in the background, even Windows explorer. It's not my network, every other game I play runs just fine. Restarting the game temporarily alleviates the issue, but it's back to laggy in a few minutes. I'm baffled.
