In your first screenshot, look just under the Limit Break Bar. You see how it says Str, Vit and Mnd? Notice how its those stats that are affected? Based on your group composition, you get buffs in that classes main stat. Eg. Monks will give a Str boost to all classes in that party. But you only get these boosts in a dungeon or raid.
I would append that to say you only get them in a party. When playing by myself I can summon my chocobo in the open world and get whichever bonus happens to pertain to my current class. In your first screenshot, look just under the Limit Break Bar. Oh really? Guess I never checked to see if they worked out side in the actual world. Thanks for that.
