    Any way to keep the bottom skill bars from scrolling?

    Is there any way to keep the bottom scroll bars from scrolling? Alternatively, what keys cause it to scroll, so maybe I can change my keybinds?

    Ctrl+# makes it go to that number. To remove it, go to Character Configuration [K], Hotbar Settings, and uncheck Enable hotbar cycling button. To remove the keybinds, go to the Main Menu (ingame), Keybinds, System, and disable/change Cycle Through Hotbars (Up)/(Down) as well as Switch to Hotbar 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10
