Vanity System Requiring Crafters? What Kind of Joke is This?

So does the transmog or whatever you want to call it overwrite the gear you have now permanently? If so I don't care for the system. Also, whether it be a plus or not making crafting useful, I don't think that's the way to do it.

In Japan, they're calling it the Mirage Prism system.
I'm assuming that means it'll act like some sort of item to project a set on top of your current gear.

Glamour will probably work akin to gear dying...
Crafters will supply the "glamour dyes", and people can select to apply to any gear of their choice.

If they want to remove the glamour later, removal will probably work like dye removal as well...

If you invested as much time into reading this thread as you do making it a point to whine about complainers in this and your other posts, you might have realized that no crafter here is complaining except an apparent non crafter OP that's upset they might have to level their crafting to 50 to do vanity. May this error serve you well as you eventually progress to lv 50 TRL, thanks to the mistakes you made and learned from.

Im glad they are givin more use to the Crafts. In this game lv up a craft is Really easy.

Having enough Leves and some gil you can power level a craft lv 40 in 3 hours. Lol

I would imagine that people who are concerned or outright dislike the idea aren't the crafters crying about being "useless". When a single person makes a topic about said concerns and others agree, these people aren't necessarily representative of each and every single user/member/player. Yes, this means that there are people with differing opinions and values in the world. Crazy, I know.

Excuse the sarcasm... or don't. It just sounded like you expect the forum to be at 100% agreement on the topic. Which will never happen. About anything. Ever. This isn't limited to FFXIV, forums, or people in general...
