    90000 Error During Turn 4 Looting

    Server: Exodus
    Location: Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 4
    Issue: Lost Loot due to Server Error.
    Free Company: Severed
    Date/Time: Jan-20-2014 Roughly 10:00 EST, 7:00 PST.

    We had cleared Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 4 and looted the chests when the servers had given the entire group the 90000 error. We had lost our items and are now locked out of turn 4.

    The Bracelets of Fending were to go to Seyren Windsor and the Boots of Aiming go to Nyuu Aevestyne. Loot is not under dispute who it goes to.

    We have been raiding Coil for over 3 months and have never seen either of these two pieces of gear, Finally they drop and we all get kicked during looting. This is really frustrating to everyone, I keep hearing every week someone is getting kicked from the server and getting lost loot or wasting time in Coil and it finally happens to us.

    Hopefully we can get some help and get the issue resolved, and HOPEFULLY get our loot we missed out on.

    Any chance we can get a estimate on how long something like this gets handled? Or if this will simply just get ignored? This is a serious issue that may cause some of us to unsub (not a threat just simply the truth).

    Wishing you both best of luck on that. But here's a reality check. I already got response on a similar issue via in-game ticket. They stated they are currently unable to restore/reimburse items that were not distributed. Nor would they correct an incorrectly looted item.
    Meaning that in your cases, as in mine, since the item was lost before anyone got a chance to loot it, you're out of luck. Had the error occurred after the loot, maybe. But also unlikely. I would love to be wrong, but I assume the response to your issue would be the same
    But hey, they still want a ticket... for amusement I guess?

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with a possible system error. This matter has already been brought to our attention and is currently under investigation by development. However, I have gone ahead and reported it again. I recommend checking Here or Here for any updates in the future!
