Construction permit for a medium house is 1 million.

Also when moving furniture in the house you can activate this little button that does "snap to grid" or something like that, which makes furniture move or rotate along set distances to help it look even and neat when you're doing stuff like messing about with partitions.

There's actually a button at the bottom for moving, rotating or putting furniture away in the UI for the PC. Click Rotate and then the item to rotate it.
The only thing that bothers me is that as PC user we have to put the item down before we can rotate it. But what if we just want to see what it looks like so we can sell it if we don't like it? Stupid binding...

Well for example. You purchase a small lot for _____, before you can build on that lot you must first purchase a construction permit which is 450k for small. Which ever you pick it'll automatically give you that style of house's roof and exterior wall. After which you can change both the roof and wall to what ever you like but you'll lose the original roof/wall. For example: if you pick stone, you'll automatically get a stone roof and stone wall. If you decide to use a composite wall you'll lose the stone wall. But you don't need to buy a new construction permit.

    Placing Statue

I have a Crystal Tower statue which is in my key items bag. Not sure how to place it, if I can.

a quick warning about changing your walls to that of a different area. you'll have some issues trying to match any partitions completely as switching to oasis walls will not change the bottom portion to oasis style frames.

And this is why I think that for FCs that don't have like 50+ active members, should just get a small and call it.

Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?
