    Q3: What are you planning for the mechanics of battle content to be added in the future?

    A3: Attention is easily focused on the difficulty in recovering during Titan extreme mode if you fall off, but it’s been created so that if you learn the patterns and follow them closely you can clear it. There will be mechanics such as this where you can memorize and clear content, and we’ll also be adding content where you have to defeat enemies in order such as like the Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 4.
    Learning the pattern is completely different from lag killing you. Why is this still not being addressed!?

    I know when plumes come, I stop casting and start running. I don't stop, but that's usually when everyone stops moving/attacking for 3 seconds and while I have been running for 2 seconds before that I still get hit by plumes or landslide when I am clearly out of the AOE indicator range and animation.

    Q10: What’s the difficulty level of the leviathan fight (extreme mode)? Also, what’s the required item level?

    A10: We will go over the required item level in the next Letter from the Producer LIVE, but you will be able to obtain very powerful weapons from the fight. As for the difficulty, it will be the hardest primal fight. On the other hand, the hard mode won’t be as difficult due to it being tied to the main storyline. You should be able to beat it after 2-3 attempts.
    So help me god if this fight is anything like Titan's fight... I am all for difficult fights. But make sure it's actually difficult and not lag killing me.

    Q21: Will the difficulty of turns 1-5 be eased? And will the weekly lock out be removed?

    A21: Yes. We plan on easing the difficulty and we will be removing the weekly lock out for turns 1-5.

    I honestly don't think they will remove the lock out for Coil T1-T5. Whoever is spreading this false rumor is indeed an evil person. Don't get me wrong I would love to farm T1-T5, but it JUST SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Think about it, wouldn't this effectively make Crystal Tower useless? Unless they make it so that CT becomes....a pure vanity thing. Archieon is going to be very very lonely.

    It's in the official Q/A thread... 1-5 will be added to the duty finder and the lockouts removed. And no one will ever go to turn 3 again. (or it will become the place to go to for spirit bond parties.)

    The Leviathan ship arena looked to have railings so I don't think the tilt mechanic is going to knock you off. Perhaps if you don't premove yourself to the end of the ship that is going to dip down you get slammed into the railing and take damage. Either way it looks interesting. As for Coil...I'm of two minds. Having been an FFXI player for years Im used to content more or less never changing. Being used to it it feels unnatural seeing something get nerfed this soon (Dynamis saw no appreciable change for YEARS so if you couldn't clear the cities too bad. You were never seeing Northlands), but at the same time it DID get under my skin when I was incapable of experiencing an entire facet of the game. (Limbus/Sea was unreachable for MANY for YEARS because of the unholy difficulty of CoP).

    I think the Echo thing mentioned in another thread would be the best way so Coil can still be experienced as intented. If Turns 6-9 weren't coming in the update I'd say drop the lockout but don't nerf until 2.3 to allow the less skilled players to conquer Turn 5 through sheer force of gear upgrades.

    Crystal Tower..they'll probably drop the lockout on THAT as well they just didn't mention in because no one asked I bet. It'll just wind up an important progression point for new players unless they get Coil carries (and they'll still need to meet the ilevel req. for Turns 1-5 for that).

    I'm not a hard core MMO guy, and this being the first ever MMO I've played, I take pride in some of the accomplishments I have done.

    So far, I have successfully beaten Turn 1. Usually when I have time to go on, I'm not in the right time and place to get a group up for T2 (with enrage battles, I may be able to) and definitely have not had even one shot to do T3 or 4. I don't even think of doing T5 yet.

    But all that being said, it is the difficulty of what I am playing, and learning the mechanics of it all and then overcoming it all that makes it fun to play.

    While it would make it a whole lot easier for someone like myself to get through all the turns should the difficulty level be dropped, since many more people will be doing it thus increasing my chances of finding a group to do it, it will also deter me from really pushing to get it done. Why? Because I had to get it easy.

    Like being carried through on a Relic. On my PLD, I DF'd Titan (HM) until I beat it with a group. But damn I knew how to tank pretty good on everything else, and would have felt like I did nothing if I died at the beginning of the fight and the OT took over and did MT to the win. (Yeah, yeah, tanking Titan is really nothing, but the point is I did it on the level that is there in DF. I didn't ask nor want to get carried through, no matter how easy my role is. Same with my WHM that I just finished getting the relic)

    So from the noob-MMO guy, I say leave the difficulty as-is. Make other content; change it to all vanity, or have it so there are two modes: easy and normal. But don't get rid of it. Please. Thanks!

    And putting it in DF, sure.. Why not? But again, make it in two modes if you're going to make an easy one: easy mode and normal mode.
