    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    Except I never asked for Coil's lockout to be removed, because I know why lockouts are there in the first place.

    That said, so they're basically nerfing 1-5 since 6-9 will be the current tier. I have no qualms with that. I just hope I don't see anyone crying about their time spent farming turns 1-5 or something.

    Yeah I am of two minds about it. I can appreciate the lockout removal. But I fear people will pressure players to get i90 even faster now since they know you can just farm it out.

    Turns 1-5 will have the weekly lockout removed and be made easier. SE is also toying with the idea of giving players a buff to help them progress through it.

    It's just turns 1-5 the new turns will be the way they are now i think.

    Removed lockouts only for turns 1~5 (turns 6~9 will still have lockouts). Difficulty for turns 1~5 will be decreased weekly.
