What to do, while waiting for pvp queue

Hi all, wanted to have a brainstorming session on it :-P

Im thinking since in morning queues are like 20-30 minutes, even as tank:

1. I could do my dailies
2. I could farm a mob
3. I could craft
4. Could do solo fates on alt class
5. Make tea

What you can't do:
1. Level your chocobo
2. Do dungeons
3. Fate in groups
4. Make love to wife (imagin what will happen if you stop mid, and say sorry queue popped!


Give more more useful and funny do's and don'ts!

It's not only morning queue...I try since 6PM GMT yesterday and got like 30? fights so far.

It's because the corporate decided it's good to retrench half the Range DPS employees to welcome the government policy of 50% Melee DPS employees. Some range DPS, mainly BRDs and BLMs are forced to take a hike or switch departments =P.

i was yesterday 1hour queue as ranged dps in the middle of the day .. i think its time 2 roll melee dps

Melee get faster queues, some datacenters may be more active than others, etc.

I'm also not convinced that there's not something wrong with the queue system, but who knows.
Seems like sometimes one person will get 3-4 games in the time another gets 1 or sits in queue.

Probably just selective memory or something.

Melee queues are instant in Primal... my friends have popped out of one match, re-queue and instantly pop back in. Tank queues are not very long, either. I usually go Scholar or Summoner. Ranged DPS queue solo is at least 5 minutes, as long as 30 minutes, and healer queue is no better.

Farm the same 2 GC leves (ignoring the Gigas leve stupid slow quest having to wait for the timer to run out what even is that) because switching attribute points for PvP and PvE costs buckets of seals. Luckily i can Berserk my way through them quickly, just like pvp.
