Steps:
1. go to npc... no quest...
2. I'm level 30 Arcanist and 15 Thaumaturge

there are multiple people who are trying to level this class and no one can do anything in this Arcanist Guild.

1. I'm a level 25 Arcanist. NPC guildmaster has quest with yellow exclamation point. However, there is no response from clicking on the NPC
