And here is mine! ^_^ Tried to activate as much parts as possible for the screenshot.

I have the action bars in a "normal" way at the bottom of the screen. They are accessible by 1-´ / CTRL+ 1-´ / Shift + 1-´
The First Action bar switches between 1 and 5 where 1 holds the normal actions while 5 has my macros to combine actions with EOS. The action bars swap by macro when i set EOS to steady / release her to automatic mode.
All important cooldowns are next to the party list, focus target right above.
Target and Target list are on top of screen, just checking them for envy periodically.
Got a second chat window just for communication.

The only hotbar that is missing is between target and party and just shows my WHM-Cooldowns - I only activate it for Twintania.

Here's mine. I play both healer and DPS, but the UI is definitely more informed by my healing needs than my DPS needs.

I like the setup as it has all the UI I need to worry about on the left hand side. I can also line up the main tanks HP bar above the Focus Target bar making them easier to keep on top of, while giving me a good view of the arena.

Since this screenshot, I have all my jobs on the far left on vertical bars instead of at the bottom, and the bars at the bottom are purely potions and food.

I use the specifics tab to keep an eye on what's going on in general. Usually when I'm healing it would display the incoming damage for the party members, however I didnt have this set up on this particular run
