Having a filter has NEVER given you allowance to swear. The filter is for those who don't want to see it at all, people can turn it off if they don't mind the occasional slip or they have friends who do it in private, what have you. Doing it in public is still prohibited. Filter or not. Pretty much all MMOs are like this.

My bad for thinking people should actually practice self responsibility. People should be allowed to speak the way they want. If you don't like what is being said blacklist or don't involve yourself with that person. Or! Share your opinion about what that person is saying. The point is people shouldn't have to be "allowed" to say anything at all. Offended? So what? It doesn't make you any less a person or your opinions invalid. It just means you didn't like what I said. Cursing and harassment are two different things.
