It's not a bout their government, it should be just a simple given fact. I thought we were past oppression. We are and should be free to express ourselves. There are boundaries for everything, but there are too many people that are overly sensitive and feel personally attacked simply because something said is not of their liking. Doesn't mean it is rude or offensive.

Cursing and use of obscene language is pretty much against the rules of all MMOs, including US-based ones. Game companies are entirely within their rights to place foul language standards on those who use their private game chat and website forums. It isn't an issue of freedom of speech.

Freedom and speech only protects you from being oppressed by the government, not private (non-government organizations like SE). It's so stupid cause they say "Online interactions not rated".

Yeah..... but it is a matter of principles in the end. Sad that it's not really seen that way, or people don't seem to care.

They open this for us to communicate, yet by shutting people up they are doing the exact contrary. It should be expected (that if you open a place for people to talk, that they'll want to express themselves).

Unfortunately the only way to combat that is to just not pay for their services, but even that is lack luster and flawed if only a handful do. A company making large amounts of money have no reason to care about bob and his little group of friends quitting.

Explain why it's a bot rather than "everyone knows it's a bot".

I have screenshots of him teleporting around in the PvP arena. Reported him based on that too.. still have the screenshots handy.
It looks almost like lag, but he'll get pushed back by an ability and split second later he's back on his target.

I suggest capturing video next time instead of taking still pictures, that you can send to SE as proof. That would more readily support your position that the other player is cheating in some way.
That said, investigating botting/hacking claims takes more time as more evidence and analysis is necessary compared to harassment claims.
