Getting banned for profanity when there is a profanity filter. SE logic at its finest.

I feel your anger.
Farming bots on my server, every day, no matter when I log in, they're still there. I've been reporting them since before Christmas, and they're still there.

Thanks. It only seems to happen that when I report a bot over and over and that I don't see it disappear.
I guess they are banning 'em, but I don't see it since I'm looking for specifics. =/

Best thing is they are not RMT. Players alt during their bedtime or they doing dungeon runs with their main.

A sub is a sub right, just look at all those unpunished bots in 1.0, they practically funded ARR too.
The only botting that happened in 1.0 is a certain big name LS using bots to avoid Ifrit Extreme damage and gathering/crafting bots before SE added Auto-Synthesis. People who hacked got punished once ARR landed as you may have forgotten but quite a bit of people wondered why they were banned once ARR went live lol.
My bad for thinking people should actually practice self responsibility. People should be allowed to speak the way they want. If you don't like what is being said blacklist or don't involve yourself with that person. Or! Share your opinion about what that person is saying. The point is people shouldn't have to be "allowed" to say anything at all. Offended? So what? It doesn't make you any less a person or your opinions invalid. It just means you didn't like what I said. Cursing and harassment are two different things.Having a filter has NEVER given you allowance to swear. The filter is for those who don't want to see it at all, people can turn it off if they don't mind the occasional slip or they have friends who do it in private, what have you. Doing it in public is still prohibited. Filter or not. Pretty much all MMOs are like this.
