Unable to download the patch due to an unrealistic download speed it starts out fine at around 2.00 mbs then after about 5-10 mins it drops slowly till it reaches .10 or lower mb's i have tryed everything from Turning off virus and removing any programs that might have any inclination to slow or stop the speeds called my services provider ran speed tests and there isn't any issues on that. I would love some help on this please if i am unable to fix it i am gonna be asking for a refund due to not being able to even play.
