Summoner gear question

I can't figure out if it is worth upgrading to a Hero's Belt of Casting from an HQ Penta-melded Vanya Sash of casting? I haven't had much luck with the Allagan Belt.. just saw it drop for the first time this week and lost the roll to our BLM...

HQ Vanya Sash with melds: VIT+9, INT+9, DET+8, SS+12, ACC+12, CRIT+12
Hero's Belt of Casting: VIT+14, INT+13, ACC+11, SS+16

Also how much INT becomes more valuable than Crit and worth losing Crit for? Because I also haven't gotten i90 pants yet and until I do I'm unsure if I need to stick with my DL or if I can throw CT's Crimson pants on

Head: AF2
Body:AF2
Hands: AF2
Belt: HQ Vanya x5melds or Hero?
Pants: DL or Crimson?
Feet: AF2
Neck: Hero
Earrings: Allagan
Wrist: Hero

Ring2: Hero

Save your myth, the belt sucks hard for SMN. The INT boost alone doesn't make it a worthy enough purchase.

Not necessarily, that really depends on what items you have available for use. If you can’t afford to lose accuracy with your current setup, the hero belt is a good upgrade.

As far as the original question goes, the only secondary stat that arguably trumps your primary stat in importance is accuracy (assuming you’re not at cap currently). Beyond that, you should pretty much always opt for the higher ilvl option.
