    "The program has stopped working" game crash

    Steps:

    Game crashes with a "The program has stopped working" error. Over the past few days, it has happened frequently. Each time, I had been waiting for a while on Duty Finder for low roulette. It has not happened when I was using Duty Finder for guildhest roulette.
    Of course, when I sign back in I am no longer queued for Duty Finder, although this is probably normal.

    Occurred on computer running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1.
